Soup's on!

Sunset Magazine had an excellent recipe for vegetable minestrone.  I made a few changes and additions but then that's one of the beautiful things about soup.  Do check their own version out!

We didn't cook a whole turkey for Thanksgiving but did a rolled turkey breast on the grill, so I had to search elsewhere for some soup for the weekend and thus the wonderful minestrone recipe was discovered.  Since we like bean soups, this was perfect for the cold nights coming up.
