Lowfat Carrot Cake Muffins

Lois sent me a printout from a website full of interesting recipes. She made the lowfat carrot cake muffins w/ a cream cheese icing for her granddaughter's first birthday. I'm going to have to try them, using 1 cup whole wheat flour and 1/2 cup white flour. I'll also cut the sugar in about half and use an oil substitute we like to bake with. Will also wander around more of that site. Thanks, Lois! I know Claire was delighted with the treat and her brother Owen as well.
