The Fourth, the flags

Our neighborhood still has many flags flying. Some have been out daily since our rainy season ended, and I love to see the colors in the wind. Here's one of my favorite photos from our little Parade in the Park last Friday:

Also, I have to rerun this shot of Jake, edited only to remove the chair in original photo. Jake was trying to talk the occupant of the chair into more fun and games. His people needed a bit of a rest and some cold water, but Jake had taken a quick drink and indicated no quiet time in this house!
